In this trucker filmed video, the driver involved says that the police officer assaulted him while he filmed their interaction.
Here’s driver Brian Newman’s full description of the incident caught on video: “I was assaulted by this officer while filming an interaction with her. The police were called on me for not moving a tractor trailer at a construction site. I had an appointment at 6 am and was told by my boss not to move. Even though the officer assaulted me and tried to steal my camera, overall she was nice. Afterwards, she apologized for doing so.”
