Fake Narcotics Officer Steals Trucker’s Wallet At Texas TA

According to Texas Fox 4 News, Rockwall, Texas authorities are on the lookout for a man who impersonated an officer and stole a driver’s wallet.

On Saturday, the suspect separately approached two truck drivers who were parked at the TA off of Interstate 30.  The suspect told the men he was a special task force officer and was working on a narcotics case. He asked the drivers to search their trucks and the drivers complied.

The suspect took a wallet from one of the trucks.

The suspect is described as a black male in his 30s.  He’s approximately 6′ tall and weighs 200 pounds.  He was wearing cargo pants, a town shirt and a baseball cap with “POLICE” on it.

He may be driving a gold or tan sedan similar to a Nissan Sentra.
