From the video, you can see that there are cones around the area where the pavement is buckled. Either the driver doesn’t see them in time, or he doesn’t care, but the driver hits the area and doesn’t appear to have slowed down. When he hits the buckled pavement, his car becomes airborne.
The person running the video pans away as the car crosses the other two lanes of traffic and comes to a rest on the opposite side of the road.
