One of our readers recently wrote in with a heart-warming story about a driver named Chris.
This driver, described as a veteran, and family man, did a really good thing recently – it’s one of those stories that restores your faith in humanity a little bit, and we wanted to share.
“One of our company drivers with whom I became friends with hat to quit yesterday due to family reasons. He didn’t know how he was going to get home. Strapped for cash. I was loading for Jersey out of Minnesota. He lives in New York. Not anywhere close to on the way.”
– “Told him to jump in and I’ll fly ya home in style. Dropped him off with his family tonight and his kids ran up and gave me a gift bag with this in it… piss on the fuel. I think I got some heaven credits instead.”
