A truck driver is dead this week after a devastating industrial accident in Blue Ash, Ohio.
The driver had been found pinned between a wall and the metal ramp at a Nash Finch loading dock around 1 a.m. on Wednesday.
He was later identified as 65 year-old Donald Stevenson of Lima, Ohio.
There were no witnesses, and it is unknown how the accident transpired.
The accident is currently being investigated by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
Donald is survived by his wife, Sarah.
