The dad looks like he’s miserable nearly the entire ride, and at one point, he even tells his daughter, “never again” will he go on that ride. By the end, he’s smiling and puts his hands in the air. His daughter smiles and appears to enjoy the entire ride.
After the ride stops, the dad agrees to ride again. He’s a trooper, but he doesn’t appear to have a better time the second time around. See for yourself.
