Pistachios contain fiber, thiamin, vitamin B6, and phosphorous. – Not only that, but they’re cholesterol-free! Pistachios are known to strengthen the immune system, and also contain monounsaturated fats which make them heart healthy!

Pecans are an excellent source of fiber, magnesium, zinc, and phosphorus. They’re great for keeping arteries healthy, clear, and can be used to lower levels of blood cholesterol. Pecans may be able to protect against cancer, and are also a safeguard against infection.

Peanuts contain protein, niacin, vitamin E, magnesium, and phosphorus! They both improve and maintain the health of skin, muscles, and also hair! Peanuts are also an excellent way to regulate metabolism as well as water levels in the body. They can also prevent muscle cramps!

Brazil Nuts are a good source of selenium, vitamin E, fiber, and magnesium. They can help the body to fight off cell damaging free radicals. Promote healthy and smooth digestion, heart health, and can be a great way to boost energy levels!

Cashews contain magnesium, copper, iron, and protein. They help to enhance building proteins and also increase levels of energy. Cashews contain phosphorous which builds strong bones and teeth. In addition to that, the iron levels help to keep nails, skin, and hair healthy!

Pine Nuts are a good source of vitamins E and K, magnesium, phosphorus, and potassium. They are known to sharpen vision, and are a great immune system booster! Pine Nuts are great for heart health, and also can be used to make a pretty mean pasta sauce! – Hello pesto!

Pumpkin Seeds contain fiber, protein, vitamin K, iron, magnesium, potassium, phosphorous, zinc, copper, and manganese! They also contain L-tryptophan which helps with quality sleep and is also known to lower depression. Pumpkin seeds are also known to protect against osteoporosis.

Sunflower Seeds are an excellent source of fiber, protein, vitamin E, niacin, vitamin B6, phosphorous, folate, copper, manganese, and selenium. They are also known to protect the body against free radicals which is great for heart health. Sunflower seeds can also be used as an anti-inflammatory agent.
