A truck driver in Rowan County, North Carolina, lost his life this morning when a tanker truck carrying 6000 gallons of ethanol flipped over on Bringle Ferry Road.
Driver Trapped Inside Truck
On scene reports said that the driver was trapped inside his truck, but rescue crews could not get close enough to rescue him because of the fire hazard.
The tanker truck reportedly left a fueling terminal and ran off the road, overturning onto the driver’s side.
