A Virginia-based truck driver is facing 34 charges for an armed, nude, and drunken escapade at a Pennsylvania Flying J truck stop yesterday.

Truck Driver Faces Serious Charges After Nude Threats At Truck Stop

Pennsylvania State Police say that 54 year old truck driver Craig Richard Troccia is facing numerous serious charges after he was arrested yesterday. These charges include terroristic threats, aggravated assault, and ethnic intimidation.

The incident happened at the Flying J truck stop off of I-81 in West Hanover Township around 4:30 p.m. Police were called to the scene after two witnesses, Bakary Traore, 54, and Guy McDevitt, 64, watched a nude Troccia smash his truck’s windshield and then pour a cup full of urine on the interior of the truck.

State Police say that the urine poured in the company Eagle Express Lines truck caused about $1500 in damage.

Troccia then yelled at a Traore, who is African American, that he should “go back to Africa” and exposed his nude body to Traore and the rest of the people in the truck stop parking lot, according to state police. He also pointed a gun at the Traore and McDevitt and threatened to kill both of them along with everyone else at the Flying J.

When troopers arrived on the scene to take Troccia into custody, they said that he smelled of alcohol.

Charges Mount Up Against Trucker As He Threatens Trooper, Resists Arrest

During his arrest, Troccia threatened to kill Traore and McDevitt for calling the police on him. He also threatened the arresting trooper and his family. Also during his arrest, Troccia is said to have slammed his head and body against various panels in the patrol vehicle.

Traccia is being held in the Dauphin County Prison on $25,000 bail.

Other charges that he faces include indecent exposure, open lewdness, intimidation of a witness, resisting arrest, harassment, and public drunkenness.
