A Facebook user recently took a moment to shout out a truck driver for taking the time and effort to ensure the safety of school children.
On Tuesday, Indiana resident and Facebook user Stacy Marie Hayes took a photo of a touching moment of good will performed by a truck driver on the road ahead of her.
She wrote:
This truck driver deserves recognition!! He was behind a school bus this morning. The bus made a stop at this house and pulled onto the shoulder. The truck driver turned on his flashers and pulled into oncoming traffic to make sure no vehicles could try to pass to ensure safety of the kiddos getting on the bus!
I know it’s unlikely that this driver will see this post, but HATS OFF TO YOU SIR!!! 👏🏻👏🏻
Hayes says that it is unlikely that the driver will ever see her post praising his or her actions, but the post has been shared more than 20,000 times in just a few days — so you never know.
