The Washington State Patrol (WSP) caught a car driver hitting impressive triple digit speeds earlier this week.
The speedster was caught around 7:45 a.m. on Sunday, May 3, near Snohomish, Washington.
According to WSP, a trooper monitoring traffic on US 2 near SR 9 caught a Corvette driver hitting speeds of 192 m.p.h.
Troopers say that the Corvette driver eventually exited on SR 9 and was apprehended near 96th Drive SE.
The 31 year old driver was placed under arrest not only for reckless driving but also for DUI.

Michigan State Police recently caught a Dodge Challenger driver hitting speeds of 180 m.p.h. on I-75 in Monroe County — putting him at 110 m.p.h. over the speed limit.
