Three truck crash leaves highway littered with beer cans

Published:

Cleanup is underway for a crash involving multiple tractor trailers and a mountain of spilled beer cans.

The crash was reported during the morning rush hour on Thursday, November 5, on westbound Highway 3 at EC Row Parkway in Windsor, Ontario.

Police say that three tractor trailers were involved in a crash.

No information on injuries has been released.

An image of the crash released by police shows that a trailer badly damaged in the crash has burst open spilling out hundreds of cans of beer onto Highway 3.

Police say that lanes will be closed for hours for a lengthy cleanup process.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation.

A similar crash in Dillsboro, Indiana, on Wednesday also left a truckload of beer spilled out on westbound Highway 50.
